In my Business Network, there are sub groups in a Chapter called Power Team, each power team consists set of Business people. The members of the group contribute for each others group. Based on the Performance like sharing the Referrals and the amount of Business closed, every team’s performance is measured and recognised.
Here, our Power team, Business owners Power team is recognised as Best Power Team and the shield presented as token of recognisation.
