The State Conference was organised on 23rd and 24th February 2019 at Dr M.G.R. Janaki Arts & Science College for Women, Raja Annamalaipuram, Chennai – 28.
Over 1500 Differently-abled persons from Chennai and various Districts participated in the Conference.
