Communication is the key to Business, communication tools help to achieve the maximum efficiency and contribute to the growth of the Business. Though the phone, mobile, messaging and WhatsApp communication tools play an important role; for official and formal communication we all use emails. With emails we find that many have started using Gmail or GApps.
Gmail provides a lot of great feature with their email service, If you are in business you will be getting a lot of emails everyday. But many business people do not have time to read all the emails and they get to see a lot of unread emails.
Instead of using online Gmail or GApps, if you enable the offline Gmail through the settings, the navigation from one mail to another email and replying are at lightning speed and you can complete all the email reading and replying at a much faster pace.
Gmail offline works without internet connection and enables you to compose new emails and you can read and respond to the downloaded mails, whenever the system gets an internet connection the synchronisation happens and your activity is made online.
I found a small shift in the way we use the Gmail and GApps which helps to achieve greater efficiency in mailing on regular basis.
